LEAP outcomes • Currently 16 ID physicians have graduated from the LEAP program. • Geographic distribution of fellows: LEAP fellows have been at a diverse array of institutions spread across 12 different states.

• LEAP program graduates have successfully continued on to careers in both academia and public health.

• Health departments and academic centers found that having LEAP fellows strengthened collaboration between each other and allowed the development and execution of projects that would not have otherwise occurred.
